The work included the line items, in the contract drawings and all incidental work needed to complete the repair and painting of the interior wall and trim in buildings 936 and 770.
Patched/painted existing damage to walls. Sanded/scarify existing paint. Applied tinted primer to 13 door jams, with finishing coats of paint. Soffited ceiling to be painted, touch up paint in foyer, lobby, office, food prep room and hallways.
